Orders of $160 or more (including $160) qualify for free shipping. Orders below $160 are subject to a $4.99 shipping fee.

    Orders placed before 18:00 (EST) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the following business day.
  • Processing Time
    Order processing time is 1–3 business days for verification, sorting, and dispatch preparation.
  • Delivery Time
    Estimated delivery time is 6–8 business days after shipment.
  • Carriers
    Deliveries are typically handled by UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before entering processing. Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipped orders may be returned after delivery according to the return process.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 35 days after delivery.
