We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Please make sure your delivery address is valid and eligible before completing your purchase.
2. Shipping Fee
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your total order value:
- Orders of $160 or more (including $160): free shipping
- Orders under $160: flat shipping fee of $4.99
The final shipping fee will always be shown clearly at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed in Eastern Time (EST), Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00.
- Orders placed before 18:00: processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 18:00: processed the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays: processed on the next working day
4. Handling Time
After your order is confirmed, it typically takes 1–3 business days to process, including order verification, picking, packing, and preparation for shipment.
5. Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 6–8 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, and logistics operations.
